cosmopop GmbH is an event agency in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region. The driving force behind cosmopop's work is music. It is our source of motivation, inspiration and inexhaustible creativity. The main activities of cosmopop are: the conception, marketing and organisation of its own national and international music and cultural festivals, the operation of clubs and open air locations, as well as services in the fields of events and music.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU:
You have a talent for organization and can keep an overview and calm even in turbulent times. You enjoy communicating confidently in written and spoken German, English and ideally in another foreign language. Open-mindedness and sociability characterize you as a person. A high affinity for event technology is an advantage and, as a “doer” type, you are also used to helping out with planning activities.

THIS AWAITS YOU:
You will gain a deep insight into the work processes of an event agency as well as the preparation, implementation and follow-up of various events. Responsible tasks and independent work will give you extensive knowledge and a wide-ranging insight into the music business and event management. You will put your skills to good use in a team of motivated and young colleagues and a friendly working atmosphere.
