TRAINEE (M/W/D) in Finance / Ticketing

cosmopop GmbH is an event agency in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region. The driving force behind cosmopop's work is music. It is our source of motivation, inspiration and inexhaustible creativity. The main activities of cosmopop are: the conception, marketing and organisation of its own national and international music and cultural festivals, the operation of clubs and open air locations, as well as services in the fields of events and music.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU:
- Successfully completed high school diploma or technical college entrance qualification
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), driving license class B
- Very good communication skills in German and English, written and verbal; another foreign language is an advantage
- You have a talent for numbers and keep an overview and calm even in turbulent times
- A careful, structured and focused way of working as well as initiative and the ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work weekends, hands-on mentality and flexibility
- Enthusiasm and a great passion for (electronic) music, clubbing and festivals
- Identification and loyalty with cosmopop and our projects
- You have a quick grasp of things

THIS AWAITS YOU:

- Commercial and administrative tasks
- Event organization, implementation and follow-up
- On-site support of the event in the ticketing/finance department
